On-Site Concrete Cube Manufacture Testing
We're proud to say we are known in the construction industry for our unbeatable on-site concrete testing and cube manufacture services. It's at the core of our business and we do it well.
Our fully trained, CSCS certified technicians are able to attend your specified site on a date and time to suit you and carry out a complete range of concrete testing services to ensure you get the best possible results. All testing is carried out with calibrated equipment.
We can cover the largest of concrete pours with high levels of testing equipment at the ready.
What durations can you cover our site testing needs?
We can supply trained technicians to suit your site requirements and project specification. From one-off pours, several days, intermittent days, weeks, months, years and more. We can even provide technical cover around the clock on days, evenings, nights and even weekends if required.
Additional tests we provide to complement fresh concrete samples:
- air entrainment
- fibre washout
- flow table
- slump flow
- wet & dry density
We carry out slump testing on each load delivered as standard to assess consistency and the concrete in-line with customer specification. We can also carry out additional slump tests throughout the entire pour for accuracy and peace of mind.

Once slump testing has been completed and concrete temperature checked our technicians will proceed to manufacture concrete cube samples in calibrated steel cube moulds. If the site permits and has the right settings we can and will leave samples on site in accordance with the BS EN. Upon completion the concrete samples will be safely transported back to our UKAS Accredited Laboratory for identification and curing in our digitally monitored state-of-the-art water tanks and finally, compression testing.

Our testing process is carried out in accordance to BS EN 12350 Parts 1, 2, 3, 7 and BS EN 12390.
Test Reports & Video
Test reports are automatically issued via e-mail (we can send to as many people as required) within minutes from our test platform unless a specified strength has not been achieved or anomaly has been detected.
We record each cube compression test in high definition video for post analysis, if required. Our test recordings show load (kN), stress (MPa) and time elapsed. Your test reports, videos, photos and documents will all be available for viewing and download from our secure client portal

The price we quote you is the price of everything all in, it's that simple. We don't have hidden charges or costs for mobilization, reporting, disposal or anything else for that matter. Talking about disposal, we do it all responsibly and in-line with current and environmental legislation.
