Concrete Cube Manufacture Training

Our trained concrete technicians can attend your chosen site to train your delegates in many aspects of concrete cube manufacture and associated testing methods.

All training is provided inline with UKAS and British Standard procedures in which we train our own skilled concrete technicians and operate to in our UKAS Accredited Laboratory.

We cover a large schedule of training subjects, ranging from basic concrete sampling from a Barrel mixer or Volumetric truck to slump testing, manufacture of concrete cubes, beams and correct curing procedures. You have the option to add and remove parts of the training course you feel suitable for your sector and needs.

We supply all materials and equipment required for the training to be undertaken.

Some reasons to provide concrete training:

  • slump and correctly manufacture concrete cube samples
  • have the ability to assess fresh concrete consistency and allow or reject a load
  • prevent health injuries from handling fresh and hardened concrete which can lead to employee sickness
  • learn about imperative and often overlooked curing processes to obtain maximum sample strength
  • prevent out of size samples or laboratory sample rejection
  • ensure all employees are adhering to the same processes and latest regulations

We can train between 1 and 100 + delegates, all at very competitive rates. We do not charge per delegate for our courses. Our sessions are based on half day and full day rates. Our training courses are delivered outdoors due to its nature and not classroom based.

Do you issue course certificates?

Yes, we do. Each delegate that takes part and completes the course is issued a PDF certificate with a unique reference code for 3rd party verification if required. The certificates are valid for 12 months from the course date.
