How long will it take for to receive my cube test reports?

We deliver our detailed PDF test reports via secure email the same day they undergo crushing and compressive testing in our laboratory. Each cube test is analysed and verified for correctness before issuing the report. If you haven't received your test report(s), don't hesitate to contact us, and we will reissue them immediately.

Who can access my test report data?

We are fully committed to protecting your data. We have established highly secure systems that comply with GDPR and continuously train our personnel on data protection practices to ensure that your information remains safe, secure, and confidential at all times.

So how do we protect your data?

  • Test reports and technical data will only be shared with authorised email addresses that have been identified in advance or when the trade account was opened.
  • We will not discuss sensitive information over the phone, in live chat, or through WhatsApp, as we cannot verify identity.
  • Information requests from unknown individuals will be verified by contacting our client using confirmed telephone numbers and email addresses that we have on record.

Can a sub-contractor request changes to test data or information on my account?

We will not disclose client account information to subcontractors unless we have received written authorisation via email. This authorisation must be specific.

Subcontractors or third parties are not permitted to modify test data or test information at any time, nor are they authorised to access accounts or financial information.
