How do I amend or cancel a booking?
We recognise that ongoing changes are occurring in the construction and civil engineering industry, such as changes in weather conditions or delays in site readiness for pouring.
If you need to amend or cancel a scheduled booking for our site services, which include onsite testing, diamond drilling, training or a scheduled cube collection. Please call us on 01327 552077 or send an email to team@theomegagroup.co.uk as soon as possible.
Please note that if you amend or cancel a scheduled job with a minimum of one (1) working day's notice of the job start time, charges will be applied according to our terms and conditions, Section 33.1, as shown below:
Section 33.1
'The Omega Group' has a clear policy for booking cancellations. If 'The Client' needs to cancel a booking, they must provide a minimum of one (1) working day's notice before the work is due to start to avoid any cancellation fees. If the work is due to begin on a Monday, 'The Omega Group' must receive cancellation notice in writing by 5:00 pm on the preceding Thursday.
