Some of the information stored within these records may include sensitive or personally identifiable information (PII), which requires us to maintain a high level of security and confidentiality to protect our clients' data.

Our facility has 4K and 8K CCTV cameras that provide night-vision coverage for our internal and external areas, including the concrete laboratory, materials laboratory, curing rooms, and offices. We have implemented instant alert notifications sent to management personnel upon motion detection outside regular business hours.
All recorded video and audio footage is continually uploaded to a secure offsite cloud service to ensure maximum security and data protection.
Before gaining access to our testing facility, all visitors must carefully read and sign non-disclosure agreements, which are designed to protect the confidentiality of any sensitive information related to our testing processes. In addition, we kindly ask visitors to deposit all electronic devices, such as phones and smart devices, into secure lockers. This ensures no confidential information is leaked or unauthorised photography occurs within the facility.

Our entire network, including desktops, laptops, tablets and mobile devices, is encrypted via a VPN tunnel. A virtual private network (VPN) is a secure tunnel to prevent spoofing and other data breaches.
Our WiFi network operates on two frequencies - 2.4 GHz and 5.0 GHz. We do not allow guest network and remote access to our network. Each wireless access point (WAP) is password-protected and encrypted. Additionally, we have implemented a hardware firewall to prevent dictionary and brute-force attacks.
We have partnered with a hosting company specialising in enterprise-level hosting services that prioritise security, speed, and content delivery networks (CDN) to ensure our website, testing platforms and client portals load faster. To further enhance our website's security, we have engaged leading security specialists who oversee a dedicated IP address and conduct regular malware and virus scans.
Our website's domain, including all sub-domains of theomegagroup.co.uk, is secured with a 2048-bit SSL certificate, web application firewall (WAF), and assets delivered globally by Cloudflare and AWS CloudFront.
