We deliver our detailed PDF test reports via secure email the same day they undergo crushing and compressive testing in our laboratory. Each cube test is analysed and verified for correctness before issuing the report. If you haven't received your test report(s), don't hesitate to contact us, and we will reissue them immediately.
You can deliver all items for testing to the Goods In area, which is open Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM. A laboratory technician will receive your test samples and enter them into our testing platform for processing. Please ensure that each sample is uniquely identified to avoid errors or misprocessing.Our laboratory is located at units 18-19 Baird Close, Daventry, Northamptonshire, NN11 8RY.
